These Terms of Service govern your use of the Humoo website, app and related services. You accept them, together with the Privacy Policy, by checking the acceptance box when you create your account or when Humoo asks you to accept an updated version. If you do not agree, do not use Humoo.

Humoo is free during its launch and no fees are charged. Before any paid feature or charge is introduced, these terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated with its billing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access accounts, workspaces or systems without authorization;

Your content
You keep your rights to the content you add to Humoo.
You grant Humoo a limited license to host, process, reproduce and transmit your content only as needed to operate, secure and provide Humoo. This license does not allow Humoo to use your content for advertising or to sell it.
You confirm that you have the right to add the content you submit, including information about other people, such as your clients' contacts and the contents of the BEO documents you upload. Your workspace is responsible for that information; Humoo processes it only to provide the service.

Humoo may change, add or remove features, and the service may be unavailable from time to time, for example during maintenance or for reasons outside its control.
Termination
You may stop using Humoo at any time and delete your account yourself, or a workspace you own, as described in the Privacy Policy. Humoo may suspend or end access to an account that violates these terms or that threatens the security of the service or its users.

To the extent permitted by law, Humoo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator of Humoo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of Humoo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration section where it applies.
Arbitration and class action waiver
Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or Humoo will be resolved by individual, final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, before a single neutral arbitrator.
The arbitration will take place in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, unless the AAA rules or applicable law require otherwise, and hearings may be held remotely where the AAA rules or the parties allow it. Arbitration fees and costs are allocated under the AAA rules in effect.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes are resolved only on an individual basis: class, collective or representative proceedings are not allowed.
Only these matters are excluded from arbitration: matters that by law cannot be submitted to arbitration, and urgent requests for injunctive relief concerning intellectual property, security or unauthorized access, which may be brought in court where the law allows. Court proceedings permitted by these terms take place in the courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
When Humoo updates these terms, it publishes the new version on this page with its effective date and asks you to accept it before you continue using Humoo. If you do not agree with an update, do not accept it and stop using Humoo; you can still delete your account.
